REALMstudios is a design-led practice working from its studios in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane, and Hobart. Our work focusses on city-making + liveability through the study of ecological & social systems, informed by research and critical design thinking.

As a practice REALMstudios is committed to inter-studio collaboration, critical review and creative thinking across a national platform, delivery award winning outcomes.

We’re looking for a passionate, committed and talented individual to join our Sydney studio, working on both local and national projects.

To apply you will need to have 6-10 years’ experience including:

• Project leadership

• Client facing project management skills

• Demonstrated design capability

• Documentation and clear verbal and written communication

You’ll be part of a collaborative Sydney team, connected to a larger national collective of practitioners. This role offers the chance to work on diverse, meaningful projects with significant opportunities for professional growth.
