Maribyrnong project receives Landscape Architecture Award for Landscape Planning

The Maribyrnong Integrated Water Management Strategy won its second award this year, this time at the 2020 National Landscape Architecture Awards in the Landscape Planning Category. We are delighted to have this project acknowledged in this way, cited as a rigorous and clear strategic speculation that offers strategies for renewal along urban waterways. The aspirational vision for flood-prone areas catalyses behavioural and attitudinal change toward oft-forgotten public infrastructure, whilst harnessing social and ecological opportunities.
