Mid-Level to Senior Landscape Architect – Perth REALMstudios

We are currently looking for a Mid-Level to Senior Landscape Architect with Australian residency to join our Perth Studio, someone ready for that next level in their professional development, who is motivated by excellence in design and has had experience in project delivery to built outcome. The role represents a significant opportunity for a passionate, experienced, and talented architect or landscape architect to grow further in seniority and work with our local and national team and practice.

 

REALMstudios are a design practice advocating systems-based design in the context of city-making + liveability. Our practice of over 10 years is committed to collaboration, critical and creative thinking, and to delivering exceptional design outcomes.

 

REALMstudios, with over 30 staff nationally, have studios in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Hobart and Brisbane. We work collectively, as a national design practice, integrating natural ecologies and human systems in the act of city-making – making better places to live in, into the future.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or higher in Landscape Architecture.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in landscape design through to construction review.

• Proven track record of successful project management and design documentation.

• Demonstrate effective organisational skills and experience across all project phases.

• Be passionate, talented and a good communicator, able to work as part of primarily a local and then nationally based team.

• Ability to coordinate and work with a diverse in house and external consultant team.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.

• Strong software proficiency (e.g. Vectorworks, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Project Management Software).
